Bedroom spaces are carefully designed to support both study and relaxation time, with desk areas, double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Classic rooms (Clusters) are centred around a spacious shared living space and kitchen. Studios are self-contained, with their own in-room kitchen and lounge area.
Our Cluster apartments feature between 4 – 8 individual bedrooms centred around a spacious shared living space and kitchen. Each private room is ensuite with a double bed (4’6 / 121x182cm), built-in wardrobe & storage area with a fitted study desk and all electrical sockets include USB outlets as standard. Free WiFi is available for all residents.
Our larger Studio apartments have lots of space (average 24 sqm) and include your own private kitchen/lounge area. All studio rooms feature a private ensuite, double bed (4’6 / 121x182cm) with built-in under-bed storage, wardrobes with hanging space and shelving, coat pegs and full-length mirrors. There are desks with chairs, integrated lighting and pin boards. USB charging points and Wi-Fi connection as standard.

To make life easy, booking your stay at Point Campus is done online. Simply click the ‘Book Now’ button which will bring you to the Host booking portal where you will need to register your details to set up your account. Once this is completed you can log in to your account and proceed to book your room type. If you have any difficulty please contact us via the contact us page and our staff will be happy to help you.
We can try and house you together, but we can’t hold rooms, so you and your friends must all apply at the same time in order for us to try and place you in the same Cluster. Please note that we cannot guarantee allocations or preferences.
Point Campus endeavours to allocate you a room that suits your circumstances. We take into consideration the accommodation type requested, your year of study, gender and any preferences.
There is a section on the application form where you can state any preferences. We try to keep everyone happy, but we can’t guarantee accommodation types, locations or the profile of the other residents. It’s not always possible for us to meet all of your requests – we hope you understand.
Yes, you can stay at Point Campus throughout your studies. Bookings are taken on a first-come-first-served basis, so be sure to re-book as soon as possible.
Our kitchens are set up and ready for you to use, with modern conveniences like microwave, kettle, toaster, hob and oven supplied. Shared utensils such as cutlery, crockery and glasses are not included.
Point Campus provides a mattress and a mattress protector; however additional bedding is not supplied. Either bring your own, or purchase a bedding pack from UniKitOut prior to arrival. Quote HOST18 to receive a 10% discount.
TVs are provided in the lounges of each Cluster, and in all Studio apartments. Please be aware the TV licence is not provided, and students are responsible for purchasing one if they wish to watch the TV in their own apartment or shared lounge.
There is no parking available on-site however there is paid parking available in Point Square car park which is located right next to Point Campus.
Occasional overnight guests are permitted to stay in your bedroom only. All overnight guests must be signed in at reception for safety, security and so that staff know who is on site in the event of an emergency. You must accompany your guests at all times while they are on site, and you are responsible for their behaviour.
